Information We Need:
If you or your company has ordered a product from Boxer in the past, we will have your design on file, and in most instances can build an exact duplicate of your previous case with no further customer input. For new packaging requirements, we'll need to know:
- what's going in the case (products, or item dimensions, and approximate weights)
- the intended use of the case (storage, personal travel, courier or airline shipping)
- any special requirements (i.e. must be handled by one person - fit through narrow doorways - be transportable by air freight - be water resistant, etc.)
Further helpful information includes: pictures, sketches, CAD models, web links, or pdf manuals. You may also bring equipment to our location for measuring by appointment, or schedule a visit at your location. Contact us for details.
What To Expect:
Once we have gathered all the information we need, we'll deliver a quotation detailing the build, intent and physical specifications of your case, along with a fixed price and estimated lead time (generally 4 weeks or less, rush service available). Once we've obtained your order, you will receive an emailed confirmation, and be notified again when your product is ready to ship.
Drawings:
Where required, we will provide basic drawings of any products we manufacture. Detailed drawings may be available on request, but may be subject to additional charges if design services have not been utilized.
Payment Methods:
Boxer accepts cash, cheques, Visa, MasterCard, Amex Paypal or corporate purchase order on account.
Shipping:
All prices are FOB our assembly plant in Newmarket Ontario. You may pick up your order during business hours, or we are happy to prepay freight and ship anywhere in the world.
Packaging:
Small batches of cases shipped locally are delivered unwrapped. Cases shipped nationally or internationally are wrapped in single-face cardboard. Larger batches or cases are palletized, shrink-wrapped and banded. All molded cases are delivered in original manufacturer's boxes. If you have special packaging requirements, let us know
Guarantee:
Boxer Custom Cases are protected by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. While not included in our warranty, cases suffering damage or wear from extensive use can usually be repaired for a nominal fee.
What If It Doesn't Fit?
Boxer guarantees your products will fit in the case you ordered. In the event of a problem, we will rework or rebuild your case until you are 100% satisfied for no additional cost. Note that Boxer can not be responsible for changes in your equipment specification or erroneous customer measurements. For best results, contact us to arrange a time to meet so we can ensure all measurements are correct.
